The Good:It was the best paintball game I've ever seen. The weather actually was great (other than the puddles). The look or the fires and glow sticks was unreal. Players played very fair and were very good sports. 51 players attended even though the weather looked bad. This actually allowed everyone to play. If the weather would have been good, people would have been turned away when we hit 60. The tac lights on some guns added to the vibe of the game. The lights and smoke was awesome. The Bad:Not all glow sticks are created equal There were a few cheaters reported. There were several who shot their own paint. (The next time you go to McDonald's trying bringing your own burgers. You might save $.50) Some people played without thermal goggles.

Tac lights blinded me and gave me a headache. Most people agree'd. It also made tac light owners a target for those final 30 seconds . . . .
Glowsticks hanging behind your back means you can't see someone when they were directly in front of you which to me seemed like cheating, not one to complain about abusing rules though. No one had any problems seeing my huge glowstick that was on my goggle strap standing upwright.
You guys should definitely have lighting that isn't touching down for the next game.
Some rules should be layed out better for next time. I.e. if you get hit your out or however you decide that works.
That clay rivine was certainly interesting . . . . .
Brighter lights? L.E.D. doesn't work too well for everyone to see.
Explain how cheaters were reported ? it was pitch black.
Otherwise it was the funnest games of paintball ever.
My .02 cents

I think bounces should always count as a hit during night games. no one can see if there's paint on themselves and I was covered in water and mud so there was no way I could feel around for paint, so I just walked to the deadbox

It was an absolute blast! Ok my complaints are as follows: Complaint 1 Definition of a GLOW STICK¨: The Glow wraps instead of Glow Sticks steamed me up a bit right away since my group looked at it as kind of cheating. That kind of threw the mood off for the night due to instant rule stretching but it is going to be fixed for this next game. Complaint 2 Cheating and People shooting after they have already been shot out or not heading to the regen box after being shot repeatedly: I know my teammates shot a few people who turned and shot them back again. This is seriously getting old. Your hit, you're done, there is no 5 second rule! Wiping during the day games has been a near content issue this year. I have played 5 game days and only 1 of those game days no one cheated. I'm still working on getting another player to come back to SP due to being tired of the cheating. Complaint 3 Close proximity shots that NEVER should have happened: The player who gave me the 3foot shot to the crotch at the end of the final game was totally uncalled for in my opinion! If roles were reversed I would have held off and took the hit instead of possibly seriously hurting another player. REMEMBER IT'S A GAME AND THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE FUN!!! I'm glad I had a cup! Plus I don't see how he even made it through 3 people shooting at them while they were charging with out getting shot. Too many think the end of the game means free for all no matter if you get hit or not. If this is some unmentioned rule that you can¡¦t die at the end please let the rest of us know so we can keep unloading on the other team too. I hate to feel left out! LOL Sorry for the complaining but I needed to get them off my chest Field Dangers 1 Boards sticking out from small bunker that is by the left regen bunker (Looking from the road): I almost ran into these following a group in to our back left main bunker to turn the light back off. I faintly saw the ground below but these board were a foot or so off the ground and almost hit them. LOL That would have been funny to watch but not to receive. Field Dangers 2 Stumps in entry way and inside back right main bunker: The stumps were kind of dangerous but those too are being taken care of. Other then the above complaints and field dangers I think we had a great crew playing that night and the Reds had some awesome marksman back covering the road! I don't think I have seen that much paint flying in a while and usually got shot 10 more times after calling out and raising my marker but it was a blast! There was always a ref I could talk to and ask questions. Only thing I missed in the beginning was that you are out no matter if the ball broke or not. Dan let us know when we were talking in the Goggle tent so that made it a heck of a lot easier! I would have thought the previous rain would have taken away from the game but it was a blast trying to run and aim while splashing through the puddles. Keep up the great work and I look forward to playing and getting shot out by all of you again!! Umm Hopefully only the ones from the Opposing team though. LOL OK back to the dead box!
