Polices regarding pyrotechnics at SPB

hello, I am constructing a mortar used for milsim games me and my group does, however we do enjoy your fields and would like to use this mortar there the mortar it's self will be custom made to fire the TAG line of projectiles. As seen here: youtu.be/GwlfawI6Zl0 we have decided that the archangel projectile would not be suitable for truly safe play as it is an explosive shell and the casing does not disintegrate into harmless pieces like the other shells in the line. We would be fireing the the paladin (PDNIP Powder Deploying Non-Injury Projectile) this has an egg shell thin casing aswell as a styrofoam tip and is extremely light. The shell flys at a max FPS of 200 and crushes on impact. The other shell option we have considered was the reaper shell constructed like the paladin PDNIP this shell does break apart and deploy 50 airsoft BBs at around 300 FPS for the BBs and 200 FPS for the shell, now here is the controversial part it does use a 3 second delay fuse to a micro sized firecracker to deploy the BBs unlike the paladin that is non explosive. The mortar itself uses green gas to fire the shells. I have not seen anything on your website about polices regarding these types of projectiles. Would any of this be able to be used at your fields for games of air soft or paintball?
